An excellent experience. The approach from start to finish was extremely professional. Moving can be very stressful - but the process was made much easier by W Removals. We booked W Removals to make a move from Surbiton to Woking. William (the owner) was well-organised and approachable. Unlike many other companies who quoted over the phone, William helped us with all our queries, including attending to our flat to provide the quote in person. We even got a courtesy call the day before to ensure we were OK with the packing.

Really great experience.William has always been honest, pragmatic, communicative and very professional. Him and his team were great at disassembling and reassembling our furniture, and placing each piece of content where we needed it. They were also very punctual, kind and extremely helpful. William and the guys moved me from my flat in Notting Hill to my new place in Elephant and Castle. They turned up on time and were very professional handling all of my furniture, fragile items and especially my flat screen tv which is my pride and joy. I’m very glad i chose to use William and his company and the guys who were working in the team including Khalil, Nick (another Nick) and the other guys on the day were polite, courteous and helpful with all of our needs. This was including dismantling furniture and reassembly. Will be recommending to all my friends and family for future moves. Thanks again guys.
